With Covid safety measures preventing families from making their traditional shopping mall visit to Santa, chocolate brand, Cadbury knew that families could relate to visiting a loved one online.
We designed the virtual production motion capture pipeline and worked closely on set with the actor, heads of department and crew, bringing Santa to life in next to real time so that he could respond directly to children as their questions came in live online.

Bringing the iconic Cadbury chocolate Santa character to life in 3D, and connecting children to Santa live in the North Pole, was a nice way to bring a little holiday magic to families at the end of a tough year.
