Japanese Sign Language demonstrator

NHK and RYOT want to deploy a digital human avatar that communicates in Japanese sign language from natural language input.

Mod designed and prototyped a Pixel Streaming Avatar System that allowed a UE4 powered digital human avatar (created by ELC) to sign in Japanese in response to a REST API (created by AI Foundation for RYOT) or direct browser-to-UE4 communication using WebRTC data channels.
